We just sold our old house and bought a new one using Steven Foonberg as our broker for both transactions. We also used him several years ago to buy our first house. We went back to him because we had a terrific experience the first time and this time was just as fantastic.

He is a gem of a human and very different from many of the realtors that are out there representing their commissions before the interests of their clients. That is not Steven Foonberg. He will represent your interests above and beyond his own, because that is exactly the type of person that he is. That is very hard to find in any business.
